Choose from Standard, Deluxe or Premium Quinceañera Packages. All Quinceañera Packages include: * 8 hour event * Tables (15x Round 5') (15x Rectangle 8') All seat up to 8 people * Chairs (Choice of banquet style or folding chairs) * Kitchen available for prepping food. (No cooking) * Private changing room * Spot light on first dance * One hour before the event start time to set up * Add up to 2 bands (Optional) Standard Quinceañera Package includes: $2300 * Up to 100 guests * 1 Bartender to serve your drinks (Bring your own drinks) * Sound and Light show service for a DJ DELUXE Quinceañera Package Includes: $2800 * Up to 200 guests * 2 Bartenders to serve your drinks (Bring your own drinks) * Sound and Light show service for a DJ and 1 Band * Use of TV and Props PREMIUM Quinceañera Package Includes: $3200 * Up to 200 guests * 2 Bartenders to serve your drinks (Bring your own drinks) * Sound and Light show service for a DJ and 1 Band * Use of TV and Props * 4 hours the day before the event (Friday) for setup and decorating 1pm to 5pm only * Easy Clean up: At the end of the event, only Trash and Food must be removed. * 4 hours on the following Monday to collect your things left on Saturday. 1pm to 5 pm only At the Venue we are very flexible and will work with you to make your event a great experience. Call us to customize any event package or to schedule a tour of the Venue. If you book online, you will need you to come in within one week to sign the contract. You will be contacted by phone or email to make an appointment. BANDS and DJ's We do not allow sound systems. (Speakers) Bring your laptop, controller, instruments etc. We have a 5pc drum kit (Slingerland) that is preferred, mic'd and ready We have a very big, high quality sound system that you connect to. Not the typical tiny speaker on a pole! 30' x 12' Stage with 8' x 8' drum riser DMX lighting system for stage and dance floor. 65 fixtures 30' x 22' dance floor Call us if you have any questions
Política de cancelación
By purchasing a booking package for an event at The Venue at Procool, Inc. you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation agreement. At the Venue, we understand plans can change so we offer a cancellation option. If the purchaser cancels a booking 90 days or more before the event the purchaser will receive a refund. A cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total booking price. In addition to the cancellation fee, any expenses incurred by the The Venue at Procool Inc. related to your event, such as reservations we make, materials we purchase, service help contracted etc. will also be deducted from the refund amount. If the purchaser cancels less than 90 days prior to the event the deposit is not refundable. Contact us if you have any questions.
