Host your event at The Venue with our weekday venue rental option. Whether it’s a corporate gathering, a birthday party, or a wedding reception, our versatile space is perfect for any occasion. Book now for a convenient and affordable option for your next event! * 4 hour event for weekdays only * Up to 50 guests OPTIONS: * Venue includes tables and chairs. * Venue + Bar adds bar access and a bartender. * Venue + Bar + Music adds use of our sound and light systems. Play your own playlist, or bring a DJ Call for additional options that include props, special lighting and bands. This package can be customized to your needs. Give us a call. Note that although the system will let you book this on Monday and Saturday, it is only available for weekdays: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If booked on a Monday or Saturday it will be automatically cancelled. Call if you have questions. The doors open one hour before your event start time to set up, and close one half hour after your event end time for clean up. Call us to schedule a tour of the Venue and for booking information. If you book online, you will need to come in within one week to sign the contract. You will be contacted by phone or email to make an appointment. Thank you.

By purchasing a booking package for an event at The Venue at Procool, Inc. you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation agreement. At the Venue, we understand plans can change so we offer a cancellation option. If the purchaser cancels a booking 90 days or more before the event the purchaser will receive a refund. A cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total booking price. In addition to the cancellation fee, any expenses incurred by the The Venue at Procool Inc. related to your event, such as reservations we make, materials we purchase, service help contracted etc. will also be deducted from the refund amount. If the purchaser cancels less than 90 days prior to the event the deposit is not refundable. Contact us if you have any questions.
